The College of Agriculture, Ummedganj, Kota was established in April, 2018 as a constituent College of Agriculture University, Kota vide Govt. letter No. राजस्थानसरकार, कृषि (ग्रुप-3) विभागप. 4 (26) कृषि-3/2018 जयपुर दिनांक 10.04.2018.  This college is situated at Kota - Kaithoon main road 10 km away from bus stand and 15 km from Kotacity Railway station and having 39.75-hectare land area for instructional farm, play grounds, hostels and other required units of the college. The instructional farm is completely irrigated with canal and tube-wells. The undergraduate and postgraduate academic programme leading to the degree of B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture, M.Sc. (Agri.) with specialization in Agronomy, Genetics and Plant Breeding, Plant Pathology, Soil Science, Agricultural Extension Education and Ph. D in Agronomy and Genetics & Plant Breeding are offered at this college since its inception. Well-developed Smart classrooms, Laboratories, Library, Hostels for boys and girls, NCC & NSS Unit and basic amenities required for the overall development of the students are available at this college.
